Warner has been going all guns blazing in this edition of the IPL. The form in which he is in the tournament seems like it will take some doing to get his wicket. He seems to be just like a machine gun which doesn’t run out of ammo.
He looks little leaner than ever before looks like he has spent a lot in the gym in serving the ban period. The manner in which he scored against all the three opponents was like old Warner going after bowling, muscling them all over the ground. In the match against Rajasthan royal, he made a quick 50 within powerplay whereas against RCB he played a sheet anchors role and completed the century in last over. The opening partnership set the tone of SRH as he made 85 runs at a strike rate of 160+ and what amazed was that he never looked like he has been out of cricket for a year. Such a great timing and placement looks like he will the major contender for Orange Cap in IPL 2019. He’s the man to watch out for in this edition of the IPL and for the upcoming 50 over world cup.
